At the request of certificants, the BACB is instituting this professional liability insurance page which will list insurance companies that write policies specifically for BCBAs and BCABAs by name. We know the importance of liability insurance to certificants and employers and we are aware of the difficulty some of you have had finding companies that write policies specifically for your needs. The BACB does not endorse the insurance policies of one particular company over another. If you currently have an insurance policy from a company with which you are satisfied, and you believe it should be listed here, you may want to encourage the company to contact us.
