- Do you have information that you need to report about yourself to the BACB?
- Is the information based entirely on publicly available evidence? Use this option to notify the BACB when a candidate or certificant is identified in a court ruling, a licensure board action, a third-party payor finding (e.g., finding of billing fraud), or other publicly accessible information (e.g., blog post, video). To use this form, the evidence must be publicly available.
- Does the information include ANY non-public information? Use this option to provide information that is not publicly available, such as emails, personal communications, affidavits, private documents (all of which require redaction prior to submitting to the BACB).
- Have you been asked to submit documentation to the BACB?
The BACB is not authorized to provide advice or guidance on specific cases, nor to individual requests to interpret the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts (Code). This is because doing so might compromise the BACB’s ability to enforce the Code via its Code Enforcement procedures.
