Do I need to make a new BACB portal account if I change employers?

  • Because your certification and portal account are not directly linked to your employer, they are not dependent on your employment status.
  • Please keep in mind that if you change employers, you may still need to update your portal account information (e.g., if your email address is tied to your employer rather than a personal email address).
  • Additionally, if you are an RBT or BCaBA, your previous supervisor should remove you as a supervisee, and your new supervisor will need to add you as a supervisee.
