Since the launch of our new portal, tens of thousands of users have successfully submitted applications, accessed certification information, and managed their continuing education and professional development records. While the vast majority of users have had a positive experience, we recognize that some have encountered technical issues. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we work to identify, prioritize, and resolve those issues as quickly as possible.
