Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies

Your browser may store older versions of web pages, forms, and documents. Periodically clearing your cache and cookies can help ensure that you’re accessing the most current BACB resources and may resolve certain display or loading issues.

On a PC: Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
On a Mac: Press Command + Shift + Delete.

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Select the menu button (i.e., the three-dot icon) in the toolbar.
  3. Select Delete browsing data.
  4. In the Delete browsing data pop-up window, select the time range you want to clear from the drop-down menu.
  5. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, and then select Delete data.

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Select the menu button (i.e., the three-dot icon) in the toolbar.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Privacy, Search, and Services.
  5. Under Clear Browsing Data, select Choose What to Clear.
  6. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  7. Select Clear Now.

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Select the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select History.
  4. Select Clear Recent History.
  5. Select the desired time range.
  6. Select Cookies and Cache.
  7. Select Clear.

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Select Safari > Settings from the menu bar.
  3. Select the Privacy tab.
  4. Select Manage Website Data.
  5. Select Remove All.
  6. Select Done.

In the window that opens, select the options to clear cookies and cached files or images, then confirm your selection. Clearing cookies may sign you out of websites, so be prepared to sign back in.

Sign-in information and website preferences.
Cached Images and Files
Stored website files that may be outdated.

After clearing your cache and cookies, close and reopen your browser before returning to the appropriate BACB web page.
