How can I check the status of my application?
• If you are unsure about what is happening to your application, look at the “Application Status” in the Applications widget on your Dashboard.

Incomplete | You have not completed your application; therefore, it has not been submitted or reviewed. | Click on to edit your application

Submitted-awaiting payments and docs | Your application has been submitted | |
Submitted – awaiting payment | Your application and supporting documentation has been received. The application will be reviewed once the documents and payments are received. | Click “My Account” then “Invoices and Payment” to submit payment. |
Submitted-awaiting documents | Additional documents are needed before the application can be reviewed and processed. | Review the Applying Section of the handbook to review the required documents. Also, review the email determination for next steps. |
Under Review | Your application is considered complete and payment has been received. BACB staff will review your application and contact you with a determination. | No action |
Exam: Pass/Fail | Related to exam results | Pass: No action required
Fail: Complete “retake application” |
Awaiting customer feedback | To continue processing your application, you need to provide additional information or documents. | Check the Action Items on your BACB Account dashboard.
Submit your action item. Have questions about your action items? If you have submitted your action item, but your application is still showing as “awaiting customer feedback” look at this resource. |
Expired | The application was created more than 90 days ago and is no longer active. | If you’re still interested in applying, select a new application to complete. |
