How to Access Your New BACB Portal Account: A Step-by-Step Guide
Are you accessing your updated BACB portal account for the first time? Users with an existing BACB account must reset their password before signing in for the first time. New users must create a new account.

Step 1: Go to the BACB portal account login page.
- Existing BACB account holders must create a new password before signing in to the updated BACB portal. New users must create a new account.
- It is critical that you use the same email address associated with your existing BACB account to sign in and reset your password.
- This is the email address already on file with your BACB account and used to receive BACB communications.
- Using a different email address will prevent you from accessing your account.

Step 2: Reset your password or create a new account.
- If you had a BACB account, your old password will no longer work. You will need to reset it to access the BACB portal and ensure that your password meets current password policy requirements:
- Click Forgot Password on the login screen.
- Enter the same email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for the password reset code. This may take up to 15 minutes.
- Before contacting support, try again and confirm that the email address is accurate and spelled correctly.
- If you are using an incorrect email address, you will not receive a password reset email.
- Return to the login page and use the code provided in the email to continue the password reset process. Ensure your new password meets the password requirements.
- If you are a new user, select Create a New Account.
Step 3: Sign in to your BACB portal account.

- Return to the BACB portal login page.
- Enter your account email address.
- Enter your new password.
- Click Sign In.
- You should now be able to access your updated BACB portal account.
