I cannot add my attestor to the RBT application. What is going on?
- You might not see them for a few reasons:
- Their certification number or BACBID is incorrect. Double check with your attestor to ensure you have the correct number.
- If it is the correct number, it is likely the case that they were not fully qualified for the dates you are entering. Review attestor qualifications in the RBT handbook and double-check with your attestor that they met all the requirements for the full-time period.
