I submitted my action item, but my application still shows as “awaiting customer feedback”?
- In the action items widget, the most current status for a given action item will be at the top. Confirm that all action items are listed as “Submitted.”
- If there is an action item that is listed as “Incomplete,” that means something is missing for the application to be approved. One or more of the following situations likely occurred:
- The action item was not fully submitted
- Not all of the action items were completed. Your application status will not change until all action items for that application are satisfied.
- A new action item was created as a result of further review with a new status. Next steps: review the action items and ensure that they are completed.
