  • When functioning normally, you should have full access to the website and your BACB portal account. If you are experiencing technical issues, please try accessing the website again later. If issues persist, please try the following:

    • Clear your web browser’s cache.
    • Avoid using a bookmark to access the website. The website is often updated, and a bookmark may take you to an older version.
    • Try accessing the website using a different browser, preferably one with a cleared cache.
