I submitted my action item, but my application status still shows as Awaiting Applicant Action
- Go to the Action Items widget. The most current status for each action item appears on the right. Confirm that all action items are marked as Solution Submitted.
- In this example, two items still need to be completed:
- If your application status is still listed as Awaiting Applicant Action, it means your application is missing required information or documentation that must be completed before it can be approved. One or more of the following may have occurred:
- An action item was not fully submitted.
- Not all action items have been completed. Your application status will not change until all action items for that application are resolved.
- A new action item was created during further review and now requires your attention. Your next steps are to review and complete all open action items before the listed deadline.
