I can’t add my assessor, trainer, or attesting certificant in my RBT Certification Application. What might be the issue?
- There are a few possible reasons:
- You may have entered an incorrect certification number or BACB ID. Double-check with your assessor, trainer, or attesting certificant to confirm the correct number.
- If the number is correct, your assessor, trainer, or attesting certificant may not have met the qualification requirements for the dates you entered. Review the assessor, trainer, or attesting certificant qualifications in the RBT Handbook and confirm with your assessor, trainer, or attesting certificant that they met all the requirements during the assessment period.
- Your assessor, trainer, or attesting certificant may have a disciplinary sanction that prohibits them from serving in this role. Please refer to the BACB Certificant Registry and the BACB Disciplinary Actions web page for more information.
