Every BACB Account is associated with a single email address. You can log into your BACB Account so long as you remember that email address and your password, even if you do not have access to that email address anymore. However, the BACB recommends you use the "Email Address Change" option in your account to keep your contact information up to date.
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account (or you do not know which email address was used) and you cannot remember your password, do not attempt to use the "Reset Your Password" option on the BACB Account login page. Instead, please mark the I have reviewed the FAQs and I still have a question checkbox below and proceed with submitting an inquiry here.
