BACB certificates are mailed to the address on file in the BACB’s Gateway account when a certificant a) initially becomes certified and b) after they have recertified. Please allow 4-6 weeks after your initial certification or recertification date to receive your certificate as they are mailed in batches by a printer. If you have not received your certificate six weeks after you obtained or recertified your BACB certification, please contact us.
Certificants who require a new copy of their certificate may order a replacement certificate using the form below. After submission, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pay the $35.00 replacement certificate fee in your BACB Gateway account.
Upon submission of payment, your certificate will be mailed to the address on file in your BACB Gateway account with the next batch of certificates. Please allow 4-6 weeks from payment to receive your certificate. If six weeks have passed and you have not received your certificate, please contact us.
