The RBT certification application process is getting an update. The streamlined process goes into effect January 2, 2025. Organizations should review the RBT Application Process Updates document for details on how the process is changing and start working on adjustments to internal processes. Call for 2025 Hemingway Award Nominations
The BACB is pleased to call for nominations for the 2025 Michael Hemingway Behavior Analysis Award. In memory of the life and contributions of Michael Hemingway, this annual award honors an individual distinguished for their contributions to public policy related to behavior analysis and/or for their efforts to increase the availability of behavior-analytic services.
We are accepting nominations until 5:00 p.m. MDT on October 15, 2024.
Noncertified RBT Supervisors
Due to the limited time remaining for noncertified RBT Supervisors to provide supervision to RBTs under an RBT Requirements Coordinator, RBT Requirements Coordinators must submit a Noncertified RBT Supervisor Request Form to the BACB to have all noncertified RBT Supervisor’s license and competence in ABA reviewed by October 1, 2024.
Approved noncertified RBT Supervisors may continue to supervise RBTs until January 1, 2026.
